Commerz Real has sold the retail shopping center Montijo Retail Park near the Portuguese capital Lisbon to CA Património Crescente, an open-ended real estate fund managed by the Portuguese Square asset management.

Center operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) thus once again welcomes a brand in its portfolio that is making its way from the online sector into the stationary retail sector.

Realm has appointed Michelle D’vaz-Plant as Head of Marketing for London Designer Outlet (LDO). She joins from her position as Marketing Director at Jessops where she oversaw new store development work across more than 20 locations.

Axel Drwenski will take up the newly created post of Head of Research at KGAL. He and his team will analyse and evaluate all the markets and asset classes – predominantly Real Estate, Infrastructure and Aviation – that are relevant to KGAL.
