Lifestyle Outlets, part of Peel L&P, has announced that it is rebranding Lowry Outlet as work is well underway on what is set to be one of the region’s most exciting and vibrant leisure destinations.

Property company Atrium Ljungberg has today signed an agreement to sell the shopping centre Farsta Centrum in Stockholm. This deal includes a rental value of SEK 310 million and more than 100,000 m2 letting area. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 3,979 million. The purchaser is Stadsrum Fastigheter AB.

M1 Kraków Shopping Centre managed by Metro Properties Poland wins the main award in the category “Commercial project: In- Use” presented by BREEAM. The best of BREEAM 2020 awards honors exceptional sustainable places and project teams.

The Italian government signed a decree on March 11, 2020 by which all shopping centres and retail locations in Italy will be closed until March 25, 2020 except for grocery stores and pharmacies.

JSE listed EPP released results for the year ended 31 December 2019, with distributable income earnings up by 9.6% and distributions of EUR 11.62 cents per share. EPP’s net property income for the year is up by 3.8% to EUR 148 m, with distributable income of EUR 105.5 m.
