Despite Corona, MEC has broken a leasing record in 2020. In the past fiscal year, the retail property manager concluded more than 200 new and follow-up leases with a total space of 85,000 m².

Mallson has acquired another chain tenant for the MultiBox facility in Szamotuły – Martes Sport. The store will occupy approximately 600 sq m of leasable space.

CORESTATE has set up Stadtquartiere I, a new open-end special AIF. This fund is the first of its kind in Germany for institutional investors and thus a pioneer in the promising city quarter asset class. Corestate is aiming to achieve a target volume of around € 500 million. Hannover Leasing, an in-house investment management company, is responsible for managing the fund.

HMSHost International is officially certified as a Top Employer 2021 in the Netherlands by the global Top Employers Institute. Resulting from an in depth study of the company’s HR policies and people practices, the certification positions HMSHost alongside only 61 companies in the Netherlands and one of two in the hospitality industry, with a flow-on effect to the global operations.
