The appointment reflects the increasing prominence of tech and data on investments and operations.

After receiving the building permit for STOP SHOP Zielona Góra, IMMOFINANZ, the owner of the STOP SHOP retail park brand, chose Mirbud as the general contractor for this project. The construction site was officially taken over by the contractor and construction works have started. The opening of the retail park with a total of 12 stores on nearly 6,700 sqm of space available for lease is planned for spring 2022.

The makeover of the Westland Shopping Centre on the west side of Brussels is picking up pace. While the interior of the mall is nearing completion, visitors can already see that future interaction areas will be installed in the shopping centre: spaces dedicated to break time (Sunset Plaza), terraces (Aviary 2.0) and the creation of a central square (Westland Event) to host programmed events.

Merkal Calzados lands at La Torre Outlet Zaragoza to enrich the offer of the centre, which already has other globally recognized shoe brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Puma, Rockport or Skechers. The Spanish firm comes to the outlet complex to surprise in its 500 square meter store and starts with an opening promotion of 20% discount for purchases over 40 euros.
