The renovation works at the Promenada shopping center are nearly finished! On March 30th, the shopping center in Warsaw will reopen to customers.

Online shop Sellpy is coming to Berlin’s ALEXA

The concept of the winning team in the First Store by ALEXA Vol. 4 retail competition will become reality at ALEXA at the end of March 2023. It is the first stationary Sellpy pop-up in a shopping center.

Successful Retail Open House: Leasing activities at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield continue to run at full speed

Around 900 guests from the retail, gastronomy, leisure and real estate sectors followed the invitation of URW to the two-day Retail Open House in Hamburg. The focus of this year’s Retail Open House was on the presentation of URW’s corporate strategy, the portfolio in Austria and Germany as well as an update on the mixed-use project Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier.

Trei Sells Portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to Plan B Investments

Plan B Investments acquires portfolio of 60 supermarkets and commercial properties and 10 retail parks. Trei is pulling out of the Czech and Slovak markets, with future development activities to focus on the core markets of Germany, the United States and Poland.
