The mixed-use Lindenquartier is being built on a 21,780 sq m site in downtown Peine. Once completed, it will offer space for retail, service businesses and apartments on a total of 11,600 sq m of rental space and will comprise 62 apartments, six commercial units and 341 parking spaces, 42 of which are in the underground garage.
The first building section of Lindenquartier, with an area of 5,200 sq m, was completed at the beginning of June and is occupied by Edeka as an anchor tenant. The second part of the building is scheduled for completion in 2024 and has already been pre-let to Rossmann and Deichmann.
