Montse Ortega has been appointed as Head of Visual Merchandising and Experience at NEINVER, reporting directly to Joan Rouras, the Group’s Director of Leasing and Retail.
She will take on a range of responsibilities including defining and harmonising the visual identity of NEINVER’s outlet centers, overseeing campaigns and interior design. The purpose of the role is to help the company achieve an outstanding performance from both a commercial and a look & feel perspective.
Sophia Pertig
Group Head of Real Estate Project Management, Union Investment

Sophia Pertig has taken over as Group Head of Real Estate Project Management for Germany, Shopping Centers and Hotels at Union Investment with effect from December 1, 2023. She succeeds Ernst Högemann, who is retiring from the company.
She has worked in real estate project management at Union Investment since 2016. Together with her 11-strong team of project managers, architects and engineers, she is responsible for providing technical support for acquisitions and sales in Germany, overseeing project developments and monitoring the technical management and maintenance of existing properties.

Ola joins from Antler in London, where she was an Investor for Elevate, Antler’s global Venture Capital fund. Ola was responsible for several early-stage investments across sectors including Consumer, Cleantech, Fintech and B2B SaaS.
Prior to this role, she held real estate investment positions at Bension Elliot and Blackstone Property Management. At Multi, Ola will be looking for new business expansion strategies and venture capital investment opportunities across Europe and will be based out of Lisbon.

Andreas Schmidt-Pöstion has been apponited as Finance Director for Switzerland, Hungary and Slovakia at Multi Corporation as of November 13, 2023.
Andreas Schmidt-Pöstion brings extensive experience and knowledge to his new role. Andreas joins from IMMOFINANZ AG, member of the CPI Property Group in Vienna, Austria, where he held the position as Head of Controlling. He was responsible for the operations across 10 countries in CEE, including Slovakia, and Hungary. Prior to this, Andreas held senior positions at PwC Europe, pmOne and OMV AG, accumulating an impressive track record in Enterprise Performance Management and Finance effectiveness.

Bernd Stadlwieser is to take on the position of new group chief executive officer at Thomas Sabo, effective from January 2024.
Stadlwieser, who has already played a key role in shaping Thomas Sabo as chief executive from 2003 to 2012, will be once again taking over the operative management of the company to set “a new course” for the international jewellery brand.

Sophia Hwang-Judiesch has been apponited by PVH Corp. as the president of Tommy Hilfiger North America. She is to join the company on January 8, 2024, and will report to Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH.
Hwang-Judiesch joins PVH from Hudson’s Bay, where, as president, she was responsible for the company’s retail stores in Canada and oversaw the omni-channel optimization strategy to elevate the consumer experience.
Nina Flood

Nina Flood, who revently became interim brand president of Timberland, is now taking on her role permanently. She knows the group’s inner workings very well, having joined it more than 20 years ago.
Earlier this year, Flood took charge of Timberland’s EMEA region, and has now stepped up to oversee the brand’s worldwide business.

Wim Blaauw, formerly of Ikea, has been appointed to the position of director of digital and transformation at C&A Europe. He will take up his new position on January 1, 2024.
Prior to joining the Dutch fashion retailer, Wim Blaauw held the position of chief digital officer at Ingka Group, Ikea’s core subsidiary, since January 2022, where he was responsible for developing digital capabilities and accelerating the company’s digital transformation.
