Andreas Mittendorfer

Head of Corporate Sustainability, SES Spar European Shopping Centers

Born in Upper Austria, he studied Facility Management at the Vienna University of Technology and has been at home in the real estate sector for 20 years: after working for a non-profit housing developer for several years, he joined SES in 2011, where he held the position of Head of Facility Management for 10 years.

In this role, Andreas Mittendorfer had already been working intensively on the topic of ESG for several years. Now, as Head of Corporate Sustainability, he will be responsible for strategically driving forward all topics that are relevant to the company’s successful alignment with the EU’s ESG and taxonomy criteria.


Tobias Reiter

Head of Facility Management, SES Spar European Shopping Centers

Tobias Reiter joined INTERSPAR in 2006 as a technical employee in property management. In 2007, he joined SES in Facility Management within the SPAR Group, where he initially worked in the technical area and later in FM project management. In 2022, he took over as Head of Shopping Center Facility Management and was also responsible for organizational and infrastructural facility management.

By taking over the overall management of the department, Tobias Reiter is now responsible as Head of Facility Management at SES with his team of experts for sustainably managing the technical, infrastructural and organizational FM area, with a strong focus on ensuring operational safety and optimizing management costs.


Martino Pessina

Martino Pessina took over as Takko´s CEO on January 16. He comes from Danish jewelry retailer Pandora, where he was Chief Commercial Officer until December. Prior to that, he worked for the Swedish fashion group H&M for almost 20 years, most recently as Managing Director for the North American market.


Sasha Silver

Head of Global Client Group, Redevco

Redevco has appointed Sasha Silver as Head of Global Client Group, where she will be responsible for the company’s client relations and capital raising. Silver will join Redevco’s executive management team and strengthen its focus on expanding the company’s client offering and strategic relationships.

Silver joined Tristan in 2015 to lead the client relations team and oversaw equity and debt product fundraises attracting c. 9 billion euros in global institutional capital. Prior to that, Silver worked at Credit Suisse for 14 years in both investment banking and the private funds placement group, with transaction experience in the execution of over 14 billion euros in advisory and placement mandates across Europe.


Markus Diers

Head of Retail Asset Management, Union Investment

Union Investment is bringing Markus Diers back into the team. Currently a managing director at Redos Real Estate GmbH in Hamburg, Diers will take charge of retail asset management at Union Investment with effect from 1 March 2024.

Markus Diers is an experienced retail expert. He has a track record of leadership and already spent many years at Union Investment. From 2005 to 2016, he worked at Union Investment as a specialist in retail properties and subsequently as team leader for asset management of the European retail portfolio.


Laurent Marteau

Premium French beauty and wellness group L’Occitane has confirmed Laurent Marteau as its new group chief executive officer as it looks to evolve its leadership structure. The move will see Marteau, the group’s current managing director, move into the group CEO role, while André J. Hoffmann, acting CEO, will step down from his position.


Michael Burke

Michael Burke will take on the role of CEO of LVMH Fashion Group. As the CEO of LVMH Fashion Group, he will be responsible for overseeing the brands of the group, including Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Marc Jacobs, Patou, Celine, and Givenchy, among others.

Burke was CEO of LVMH’s biggest label Louis Vuitton until a year ago, headed labels Fendi and Bulgari and served as chairman of the board of Tiffany, LVMH’s largest acquisition.


Frédéric Arnault

Frédéric Arnault has been promoted to the role of chief executive of LVMH Watches, overseeing the Tag Heuer, Hublot and Zenith brands.

The 29-year-old son of LVMH chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault, has worked for Tag Heuer since 2017, including as its CEO since 2020. He will continue to report to the CEO of LVMH’s watches and jewellery division Stephane Bianchi.
