Reality and virtuality become blurred or are redrawn – thus underlining the company’s innovative strength and its commitment to integrating new technologies into the fashion industrie.
For the first time, a campaign was created entirely on the computer, and the models were presented in a fascinating variety of colorful flower fields that harmonize perfectly with the colors of the collection. Using a text-to-image program, each scene was precisely described and transformed into photorealistic images by the AI. The models and their surroundings are computer-generated, only the clothes are real Marc Cain outfits.
The international fashion company Marc Cain was founded in 1973 by Helmut Schlotterer and is still one of the few owner-managed fashion brands in Germany. The company is based in Bodelshausen and manufactures the products in its own production facilities. Marc Cain employs over 860 people only in Germany. The export quota of the premium brand, which specializes in women’s fashion, is over 60%. Marc Cain currently operates 139 own stores in 32 countries, 328 shop-in-stores, six outlets and nine showrooms on three continents.
Last year, the company celebrated its 50th anniversary. Marc Cain founder and owner Helmut Schlotterer is still active in the company – as Chairman of the Management Board.
