Utopian Hours is an international festival of city making and urban innovation: the ideas, projects and places that are changing the way we design and live cities.
For three days the festival gives voice to the activators of these changes: city makers, activists, architects and innovators share their experience, stimulating new visions of Turin’s future and a reflection on the concept of the city.
This year, 30+ international speakers were invited to share their insights with visitors. Attending will be 100+ European City Officials, policy makers and companies.
