The agreed takeover of ROS through FREY relates to the entire management platform with more than 100 employees, whereby the transfer of all existing third-party management mandates for a total of 215,000 sq m retail GLA in 7 different countries, including Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Poland, and Croatia could be secured.
