Fiba Commercial Properties has made a notable impact at the Global RLI Awards 2024, one of the most prestigious accolades in the global retail and entertainment sector. The İnegöl SC, which Fiba CP invested in and manages, reached the finals in the RLI International Shopping Center Renovation category. Meanwhile, the Downtown Bursa Life and Entertainment Center, also managed by Fiba CP, earned finalist spots in multiple categories: RLI International Most Anticipated Opening, RLI International Shopping Center New Build, and RLI International Retail and Entertainment Destination. In a prestigious competition that reviewed nearly 75 projects from 10 countries, Fiba Commercial Properties’ İnegöl AVM and Downtown Bursa drew significant international attention by reaching the finals. İnegöl AVM, competing in the renovation category alongside projects by world-renowned architects, once again demonstrated its global impact. With a track record of numerous national and international awards, İnegöl AVM continues to stand out with its innovative shopping experience, family-friendly events, sustainable architectural designs, and extensive social amenities, making a notable impact both in Turkey and worldwide.
