Thorsten Vogt Joins Stellmach & Bröckers

Thorsten Vogt joins Stellmach & Bröckers law firm as partner, effective immediately.

In his new position, Vogt will primarily be responsible for restructuring mandates in the real estate industry or related to the real estate sector.

He is a veteran in the European commercial real estate industry holding numerous management positions with a specific real estate restructuring focus such as with Kika/Leiner, OBI, Esprit and Signa. Since 2004 he is admitted as a lawyer and worked inter alia for Clifford Chance. He started his career in the finance industry.

Stellmach & Bröckers is focusing on restructuring and insolvency cases since 1981 with offices in Hamburg, Bocholt and Osnabrück.
