Birgit Kraml brings with her decades of experience in real estate law. Before joining the firm, she was a partner in the real estate team at Wolf Theiss in Vienna, where she began her legal career in 2001. She regularly advises international companies on major real estate projects in Austria and CEE. Her areas of expertise include project development, real estate transactions, tenancy law, contentious real estate law as well as investment, environmental and sustainability law.
