Hej!Workshop – pronounced “hey”, meaning “hello” in Swedish – is a unique coworking concept that promotes work-life balance and meaningful connections between colleagues. The concept embraces Swedish values of better accessibility, sustainability, and well-being, with a focus on the creation of a vibrant community, built on shared experiences, emotional connections and play.
The launch of the largest Hej!Workshop in Europe strengthens Ingka Centres’ commitment to creating community-focused and locally relevant global concepts. It also embodies Ingka Centres’ desire to act as a partner in accelerating innovations and help businesses to flourish with the bespoke concepts, such as Hej!Workshop (flexible coworking space), Circuit (a dedicated space to promote circular living), and Saluhall (a hyper-local, plant-forward food hall) – that will define the future of physical retail.
“We’re thrilled to introduce Hej!Workshop to Paris and expand this unique concept into another market across our global portfolio,” says Sebastian Hylving, Ingka Centres Expansion & Development Director. “This is our third concept and located in our lively Italie Deux meeting place that recently also welcomed new IKEA store. Having rolled Hej!Workshop out in Stockholm and San Francisco, we know people enjoy and benefit from the concept’s unique blend of comfort, flexibility, and playfulness. It’s the perfect space for those looking for a space to work, connect with likeminded people, share ideas, play and grow!”
The brand-new Hej!Workshop in Italie Deux – operated by local coworking expert Morning – spans approximately 3,000 square metres – across three floors – with over 300 working stations. It includes a variety of collaborative environments and dedicated areas for focused work all designed to foster organic interactions among colleagues.
The space is fully furnished by IKEA for Business – focusing on relevant products and highlighting benefits from IKEA’s knowledge and expertise in life at home solutions, recreating the same feeling of home comfort at work, while perfectly adapting to the needs of the many people.
In addition, visitors to Hej!Workshop benefit from seamless integration with Italie Deux and mixed-use experiences provided by the meeting place, including new IKEA store with variety of sustainable and affordable food offers, as well as strong connection to the city’s metro and bus lines.
Hej!Workshop aims to become the leading coworking space on Paris’s Left Bank for professionals seeking a flexible, convenient and inspiring workplace. Members can subscribe to the service that best suits their needs directly on Morning’s website: www.morning.fr.
