NEINVER SETS A NEW RECORD AS BRAND SALES RISE MORE THAN 8% ACROSS ITS PORTFOLIO TO REACH 1.63 BILLION EUROS

NEINVER closed 2024 with a record-breaking 1.63 billion euros in brand sales across its 20 managed assets – comprising 16 outlet centers and 4 retail and leisure parks – marking an 8% increase on 2023.

NEINVER’s managed centers across six European countries— France, Germany, Italy Spain, Poland and the Netherlands —welcomed over 69 million visitors. The average spend per visitor rose by 6%. The Netherlands claimed the top spot in terms of market growth, with sales jumping 19% year-on-year on the back of an expanded retail offer that saw 19 brands launch new stores. Spain took second place, recording a 13% boost in sales.

“Our portfolio has delivered an outstanding performance, achieving record sales, increased footfall and strong demand for retail space,” says Daniel Losantos, NEINVER CEO. “Despite challenging market conditions, we continue on a solid upward path. This success is driven by our team’s commitment to a management model built on top brands, competitive prices and a unique shopping experience that continues to draw customers in.” Losantos highlights the centers’ unparalleled high occupancy: “At 98%, the portfolio’s occupancy rate has reached a historic high. The trust that brands place in our management gives us even greater drive to continue investing in our growth and expansion plan.”

Brands Grow Their Footprint Across The NEINVER Portfolio

Throughout 2024, NEINVER experienced vigorous demand for retail spaces, signing 412 deals. New additions to the retail lineup at Amsterdam The Style Outlets (Netherlands) include Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, alongside the expansion of Skechers, Only, Desigual, and Jack & Jones. Il Lanificio also made its debut at The Style Outlets in Amsterdam and Roppenheim (France), while the Bestseller group took its first steps in the Polish market, opening Jack & Jones stores in all FACTORY centers, as well as in Roppenheim. Guess increased its presence at FACTORY Gliwice (Poland), FACTORY Krakow (Poland), and Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets (Italy), while Le Creuset and Vero Moda joined Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets (Germany).

In sportswear, Adidas expanded its stores at FACTORY Poznan (Poland) and Las Rozas The Style Outlets (Spain), introducing its new retail concept “The Pulse” in Spain. PUMA doubled its store space at Las Rozas and unveiled the first Puma Kids store in Getafe The Style Outlets (Spain), while Asics debuted in the Amsterdam center.

A flock of other brands, including Samsonite, VF Group (with Vans and Napapijri), JOTT, Munich, Swarovski and prominent bookseller Mondadori have also paired up with NEINVER to further their strategies for growth.

Moreover, F&B has also continued to grow, seeing a 10% spike in sales between 2023 and 2024 and now accounting for 10% of the company’s total brand sales. Starbucks and Popeyes have scaled up their presence, while the portfolio’s centers have welcomed new concepts such as Chalito, Harry, Miscusi, Parma Menú, Love It and I Love Poke. Committed to enhancing the visitor experience through a stronger food and leisure offering, NEINVER has also introduced a new dining area at Vicolungo The Style Outlets, featuring over 15 different F&B retailers.

Renovations and Expansions To Strengthen Assets

NEINVER continues to make great strides with its ongoing plan to enhance its portfolio of centers through refurbishment and expansions, reinforcing its assets in a market where the outlet model is experiencing increasing demand and popularity. The renovation of an indoor plaza has recently been finalized at Getafe The Style Outlets (Spain), while works to introduce a brand-new dining plaza, improved landscaping and revamped seating areas have commenced at Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets (Italy). Additionally, refurbishment works to bring a more modern look and feel to Las Rozas The Style Outlets (Spain) are underway, including improved access and the addition of new F&B spaces.

The company is also working on future projects, including the plans to renovate San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets (Spain), expand Viladecans The Style Outlets (Spain) and upgrades at other centers. Furthermore, NEINVER continues to work on the development of its second outlet center in France, Alpes The Style Outlets, near the Swiss border. In 2024, the company completed a series of environmental measures to preserve and enrich the local flora and fauna in the area surrounding the future center and optimize water resources.

NEINVER Reinforces Its Commitment To Sustainability

NEINVER has also announced having achieved a 5-star rating in GRESB for the fifth consecutive year, highlighting improvements in its ESG management and performance scores. This recognition reflects the company’s strong commitment to sustainability through initiatives such as its new Net Zero Buildings roadmap, high-scoring BREEAM certifications, Zero Waste certification for 100% of its assets, and climate risk assessments with adaptation plans.

These advances confirm NEINVER’s position as leader in the European outlet sector that is committed to innovation, sustainability and an enhanced visitor experience.
