Bershka will take the current 1,300 sq m space occupied by Zara, also an Inditex brand, which will open a much larger store in the center. Pull&Bear is taking the former Topshop location, between Mango and River Island, with a retail space of 1,180 sq m.
“We have worked hard to reposition and reconfigure Silverburn to attract and accommodate the brands our visitors most want,” shared Alberto Esguevillas, CEO of UK Retail at Eurofund Group, in a statement. “As ever, Inditex remains high on that list and we are proud Silverburn is one of a few destinations offering the full complement of Zara, Bershka and Pull & Bear brands. As established global high street brands synonymous with a high-quality store design and shopping experience, both will be welcome additions to Silverburn”.
The new openings at Silverburn follow a record-breaking year for the center, with 15 million guests visiting the location in 2024. The retail and leisure destination is further welcoming a series of brands to its line-up, including beauty department store, H beauty, Black Sheep Coffee and Hotel Chocolat.
Silverburn is Glasgow’s newest and highest quality shopping center with an affluent catchment area of 1.9 million people. The center, which first opened in 2007, is co-owned by Eurofund Group and Henderson Park.
