“The ‘NOC’ is the most important shopping center in the northern Upper Palatinate and attracts customers from the entire region. Our goal is the strategic further development of the real estate and letting concept as well as operational excellence on site in order to make NOC even more important for its customers. We would like to thank FONDARA Immobilien AG for the trust they have placed in us,” says Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of the IPH Group.
Thomas Schumacher, CEO of FONDARA Immobilien AG, emphasized: “With the IPH Group, we have an experienced partner at our side who will continue to develop the ‘NOC’ with its expertise. We particularly appreciate the fact that they will be taking over operations at short notice, which will ensure a smooth transition.”
“For us, successful center management means more than just administration – it’s about actively managing day-to-day business and exploiting potential. With our experience and our network, we will strategically develop the ‘NOC’ further and strengthen its position in the region,” adds Marcus Eggers, Managing Director of IPH Centermanagement GmbH.
