Takko Fashion is thus further expanding its successful presence in retail parks and shopping centers and is also planning a strategic expansion in city centers to make its product range accessible to even more customers. At the same time, the company is modernizing its existing store network with its new store design. Customers will benefit from even better accessibility and a pleasant shopping experience with professional advice on site.
In addition to expanding its store network, Takko is strengthening long-term customer loyalty and interaction through new and personalized functions in the Takko Friends loyalty app. The comprehensive further development of the app includes new formats for individual outfit and product inspiration, gamification approaches as well as store-specific information and discounts. From June, customers in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands will benefit from the new functions. The Europe-wide roll-out of the app will follow shortly afterwards.
Despite the unchanged challenging market environment and contrary to the current market trend, Takko Fashion has achieved record sales in the last two years and expects a similarly strong result for the recently concluded financial year.
