Doyle joins from EE, the UK’s largest 4G network, where she was Director of Retail and responsible for leading and developing a retail team of over 3500 employess across 583 stores in the UK.
With a successful career in the retail and telecommunications sector spanning more than 25 years, Sian’s extensive retail experience will strengthen CBRE’s growing retail advisory and transaction business and extend its client reach across the retail sector.
Sian will be responsible for developing CBRE’s property outsourcing offer for a wide range of clients across the retail sector and will help ensure they benefit from the full breadth and depth of CBRE’s retail advisory and transaction services to give them a significant competitive advantage in this dynamic and challenging sector.
Doyle previously spent six years in North America as Senior Vice President of Retail for Comcast, the American global telecommunications company, where she was responsible for driving the retail strategy for the transformation of Comcast Cable’s 600 payment centres to sale and experiential stores.
Prior to this, she was Vice President of Retail at Rogers Commuications, a Canadian telecommunications and media company. Sian managed the retail strategy for three brands defining the proposition, merchandising, design and operational approach.
