Kintyre appoints Guido Beddig to senior management team

Kintyre, the Frankfurt based investor and real estate manager, has announced the appointment of Guido Beddig (50), a well-known and experienced asset and property manager, to its senior management team.

Mr Beddig has joined Kintyre’s co-founders Paul Shiels, Johannes Nendel and Adam Pearce at managing director level within the firm and it is the intention that he will become a significant shareholder within the business during 2019. He joins Kintyre from DIC Onsite GmbH, where he was managing director from 2015.

Mr Beddig has over 15 years’ experience as a senior director within different asset and property management businesses and has extensive, high-level expertise in the development and structuring of high-growth companies in the real estate sector. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Property Management and as member of the management board at IC Immobilien Holding AG. In 2004, he became managing partner for PropertyOne GmbH. In addition, he also served as Managing Director of IC Property Management GmbH (ICPM) and IC Immobilien Service GmbH (ICIS) a subsidiary company of IC Immobilien Holding AG.

Kintyre was founded in 2009, and remains a fully independent owner/operator, with the firm managing €1.5bln of real estate across Germany for its domestic and international client base.
