BALMAIN ASSET MANAGEMENT WITH NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR CEE

Ewa Szafranska-Madry has been appointed Managing Director at Balmain Asset Management CEE in Warsaw. In her new function, Ewa Szafranska-Madry will be responsible for the development of the company’s property portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe.

In her new function, Ewa Szafranska-Madry will be responsible for the development of the company’s property portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe. She will support existing business areas and promote new ones, including property acquisition and developing the company’s range of services with regard to complex asset and property management and improving the development process during the execution of new investments. She will also be responsible for the company’s administrative and organizational structure in the CEE region.

Ewa Szafranska-Madry brings 16 years of experience to Balmain, gained in different areas of the real estate sector in the CEE region, from the management of development processes in different commercial property sectors or investment fund assets, through the project organization and funding, to the creation and implementation of market investment strategies.

Accepting the position of the Managing Director of such a multidisciplinary organization as Balmain is a challenging prospect, considering that Balmain is rapidly increasing its property management port-folio and has expanded its team to over 50 employees.

DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE

For the past seven years, Ewa Szafranska-Madry, who graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw with a degree in architecture, was Executive Director for Azora International Management. Prior to that, she worked as the Development Director at Apsys Poland and was a Senior Project Manager at TK Development and Carrefour Poland.
