Quantaflow, the experts in shopping center footfall measurement, have announced that European developer Eurocommercial Properties have chosen their latest solution ’MyQuantaflow’ to count and analyse visitor flows in their French and Belgian centers. MyQuantaflow will be deployed across 11 shopping centers, covering a total GLA of 300,000 sq m and attracting a total footfall of about 50 million visitors a year.
With its sensors and software suite Quantaflow’s solution guarantees an accurate counting whatever the shopping center architecture or its visitor numbers. Heads of operations and management teams can quickly access visitor data and analyse flows based on indicators specifically designed for their shopping centers. Marketing teams can then take appropriate decisions, thanks to the dashboards that are easy-to use and offer real-time visualisation of visitor flows.
With the latest software suite MyQuantaflow, Eurocommercial asset managers can now access interactive dashboards allowing them, for instance, to choose how they want to display the data. One of the most interesting features is the opportunity to comment on a temporary occurrence like a change in visitor flows and to provide an explanation for it, thanks to personalised widgets. With the mobile app teams can also access visitor data in real-time, visualise changes in footfall as they happen and compare visitor flow trends with their chosen reference period.
Cécile Limousin, Operations Director, Eurocommercial Properties said: “We chose Quantaflow because their solutions are totally adapted to the needs of our shopping centers. The reliability of their sensors and the fact that their data is certified enable us to have a better knowledge of our centers and our visitors and to take more effective decisions in order to optimise our commercial offer.”
Guillaume Noblet, VP Sales & Marketing, Quantaflow added: “We are honoured to have been chosen by a European developer as prestigious as Eurocommercial Properties. While it reinforces our position on the French market, it also shows that our expertise in counting and analysing visitor flows in shopping centers and especially our unique ability to do so in very large centers, are increasingly recognised at an international level.”
