Pat Nash has almost 30 years’ experience in real estate asset management in the shopping center industry in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Before joining Multi as Director of Asset Management in 2016, he was Asset Management Director of Green Property, the previous owners of Blanchardstown Centre. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of the Irish division of BAM Property and also held a senior fund manager position at Irish Life Investment Managers. Pat qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992, having graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology in 1990.

Multi Ireland and Multi United Kingdom
Multi Ireland has managed Blanchardstown Centre in Dublin, one of Ireland’s leading retail and leisure destinations, since August 2016. The shopping center is the largest investment in the Multi portfolio and the company’s first asset in Ireland. Blanchardstown Centre is a 112,000 sq m retail complex with more than 180 tenants, welcoming 16.5 million visitors annually.
Multi United Kingdom is responsible for the management of St. Enoch, the largest shopping center in Glasgow’s city center. St. Enoch is a 79,500 sq m retail center with more than 110 tenants, providing a modern shopping experience housed under a glazed roof. The center is also home to Glasgow city center’s main covered food court, which was fully renovated in 2017. St. Enoch welcomes more than 17.5 million visitors annually.
