Road works began this month, including the implementation of over 600 parking spaces for future customers of Wiślanka.
“Already at the architectural design stage, we paid special attention to the appropriate quality and number of parking spaces. Due to the location of the object around the city’s main thoroughfares, we are counting on high visibility of motorized customers and for the sake of their safety and convenience we pay special attention to communication solutions within the facility. In the current epidemiological situation, we are introducing additional elements that take into account the new rules of safety and hygiene at the facility. The safety and comfort of shopping for our future customers is a priority for the investor,” says Teresa Jonas, president of the board of Galeria Wiślanka.
The ongoing Sars-CoV-2 epidemic did not thwart the plans of the Main Contractor – Strabag, regarding the timely implementation of individual stages of the investment. Thanks to the introduction of appropriate and safe procedures, work on the construction site was not interrupted for a moment, and the number of construction workers (currently over 200 people are working on the site) will increase along with the takeover of premises and the process of adapting them to the needs of Tenants.
Galeria Wiślanka will employ over 500 people in approximately 80 commercial, service and entertainment facilities of various industries.
“For Strabag, the highest value is the health of our employees and subcontractors. Our reaction to Sars-CoV-2 was immediate. We have introduced restrictive rules and procedures that allow us to continue work safely,” says Dariusz Nazarko, Project Manager on behalf of Strabag.
“Commercialization of the facility is in progress. By the time before the pandemic, we had a very high level of signed contracts. Currently, despite the difficult market situation, we do not feel the slowdown in the work on closing the remaining lease agreements,” says Ewa Ściubidło, vice president of Mallson Polska.
Galeria Wiślanka offers 20,000 sq m modern retail space (GLA), where their stores will open, among others all brands from the LPP group: Reserved, Mohito, House and Cropp, as well as, among others: Diverse, Esotiq, Orsay, 4F, Quiosque, Greenpoint, Triumph, CCC, Rossmann, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, home & you, and Pepco.
