The appointments of Jon and Mikel to the Group Board, joining existing Group Board Members Chris Lanksbury, Adrian Griffiths, Tim Partington and Michael Cottam, forms part of Chapman Taylor’s ongoing strategy for successfully transitioning the business leadership to a new generation and ensuring sustainable and successful international growth in the years to come.
Mikel joined Chapman Taylor in 1997 and became a Director of the Madrid studio in 2003. With a well-established track record, Mikel has experience on major projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America, with design expertise in retail, leisure, residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments. He is currently the Managing Director in Madrid with responsibility for the leadership and direction of the studio. His extensive design, technical, financial and business skills are well aligned with the Group Board’s future objectives for the continuing growth of Chapman Taylor.
Jon also joined Chapman Taylor in 1997 and his knowledge of the CEE markets and leadership skills have helped our Prague studio become one of the leading architectural businesses in the region. Jon currently leads Chapman Taylor’s OneCEE business, which includes the Prague and Warsaw studios and is dedicated to delivering high-quality architecture to clients in the CEE region, with an emphasis on sustainability and commercial success. His design expertise and experience will complement and strengthen the Group Board’s commitment to continuing to improve the quality of our design work.
Kai-Uwe Reitmann

Kai-Uwe Reitmann is the new member of the top management team of ATP TLP Moscow. In June 2020, the architect and “urban manager” (MSc) Kai-Uwe Reitmann joined the dual leadership system of ATP TLP Moscow.
The German expert, who has lived in Russia for many years, will lead the approximately 90 employees of the joint venture (2011) between ATP architects engineers and TLP Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners alongside the engineer Vladimir Horton.
Kai-Uwe Reitmann will replace the Austrian industrial engineer Karl Pein in the management duo. After five years with ATP TLP Moscow (of which he has been a managing director since 2017) Pein is returning to Styria, where he will continue to promote ATP’s culture of integrated design.

The Crown Estate announced that Linda Morant has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Digital Officer, reporting directly into the Chief Executive and starting in September.
Linda has over 20 years of experience working with leading global companies to drive growth and transformation, including Microsoft and Nokia. Most recently, Linda served as Vice President, Downstream Digital at British Petroleum (BP). She has a broad range of expertise, with particular strengths in digital technologies and transformation, growth strategies, and sales and marketing leadership.
Grzegorz Strutyński

GTC has appointed Grzegorz Strutyński to the position of Country Manager, Poland. He will be responsible for all activities taken by the Company in Poland.
Grzegorz Strutyński has led an outstanding career in senior management positions for major international real estate companies. Prior to joining GTC, Mr. Strutyński held the position of Commercial Director Poland for Globalworth, being responsible for leasing, asset management, marketing and project management.
David McArthur

David McArthur has been appointed Head of Investment by The Howard de Walden Estate which owns 92 acres of London’s Marylebone.
Currently with Savills, David will join the business on September 21st. He will succeed Julian Best who is to become the business’s Executive Property Director when Simon Baynham retires from that post at the end of September.
Announcing the appointment, Julian Best, commented: “David has more than a decade’s experience of working in the central London investment market, and is ideal for a role which entails enhancing the business’s retail & leisure, office, medical, residential and educational assets through further strategic acquisitions, disposals and development”.
The Howard de Walden Estate comprises more than £4.6bn of assets and encompasses Marylebone High Street – one of London’s prime shopping and leisure locations – and also the world-famous Harley Street Medical Area.

Christoffer Abramson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of Group Management at Catella AB (publ). Christoffer most recently comes from a role as CFO at EF Real Estate Holdings in Boston.
In his role within the EF Group, Christoffer has been involved in building a global Real Estate group based in the USA. Prior to that, he worked as an operating executive for various Private Equity-funds in London and Paris. Christoffer started his career at General Electric where he worked for 10 years in various roles, most recently as CFO of GE Real Estate in London.

The High Streets Task Force is an alliance of place making experts working to redefine the high street. Sandra Roos is KappAhl’s new Head of Sustainability. She joins from the RISE research institute, where she served as an expert on sustainability issues in the textile industry.

Sandra Roos has a PhD from Chalmers University of Technology, for which her thesis was based in part on first-hand experience from visits to supplier points in several production countries in Asia. Roos has previously collaborated with KappAhl through The Chemicals Group at RISE and Mistra Future Fashion, which has had a major impact on the textile industry. Roos is particularly interested in how sustainability is measured, communicated and improved, and in capturing the bigger picture at every stage of the production chain.

Immofinanz assigns chief responsibility for the operating business in austria to Katrin Gögele-Celeda. Katrin Gögele-Celeda has been appointed Country Manager Operations for Austria as of August 2020. In her new role, she will oversee IMMOFINANZ‘s local operating business.
Her responsibilities include rental strategies, asset management and property management as well as activities to further improve business operations in Austria. The myhive office brand will represent a special focus and receive her active support in placing the latest innovations on the market.

Jessica Janssen to become new head of Center Management. As per December 2020, Jessica Janssen from Lucerne will assume the function of Head of Center Management of the Mall of Switzerland in Ebikon.
As an experienced Retail Manager, she will be replacing Peter Triner who would like to take on a new professional challenge. Despite the Corona pandemic, the Mall of Switzerland currently records not only positive visitor numbers but also sales figures. Jessica Janssen wishes to boost this positive development further and render Switzerland’s second largest shopping mall and leisure center even more attractive.
Peter Triner will be officially terminating his work as Head of Center Management in autumn, having decided to pursue a new career path at 62 years of age. The Société Générale Immobilière (LSGI Suisse), responsible for Center and Asset Management of the Mall of Switzerland, would like to thank Peter Triner for his valuable work in the past.

Sports company PUMA has appointed Ben Hughes as General Manager for the United Kingdom, Ireland and Benelux (UKIB) with immediate effect. In this role, Ben takes over from Paul Spencer, who has assumed the position as PUMA’s Regional Sales Director Europe.
Since 2014, Ben has had the role of Head of Sales for UKIB and played a significant role in the development of the UKIB business. “Ben has an impressive growth track record and enjoys great respect from our major accounts in the UK, which makes him the right person to lead the UKIB business and continue PUMA’s growth momentum,” said Arne Freundt, Regional General Manager EMEA.

Markus Gratz is the new Center Manager of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Salzburg. He has taken on his new role as Center Manager of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Salzburg on March 1, 2020.
The 48-year old has been a team member of outlet specialist McArthurGlen since 2014 and, until recently, was the Deputy Center Manager of Designer Outlet Roermond in the Netherlands, the biggest center of the McArthurGlen Group. Originally hailing from Bremen, Germany, he studied international economics at Paderborn University, where he is living with his wife and two kids.

The John Lewis Partnership Trust for Pensions has appointed Sarah Bates as Chair of the Trustee from 1 August 2020 and replaces Dame Jane Newell, who has stepped down after being Chair since 2013.
Sarah joins with over 35 years of experience in investment management, which includes specialist expertise in pensions through roles as a Committee member, Trustee and Chair. She has chaired several organisations in the investment and savings sector and is currently an independent member of the Investment Committees of the BBC Pension Scheme and the Universities Superannuation Scheme and was previously Chair of the Pension Fund Investment Committee for Cancer Research UK and Chair of Trustees for the Stena Line (UK) Pension Scheme. She is also a co-founder of the Diversity Project and Chair of the Diversity Project charity.

Christian Rhino assumes newly established position at Helaba. Christian Rhino (50), who was appointed as a member of the Board of Managing Directors by Helaba’s Board of Owners and Supervisory Board in March, will be assuming his position as Executive Vice President on 1 August 2020.
Following approval by the European and German banking supervisory authorities, he will take up his role on the Board of Managing Directors. As an Executive Vice President, Christian Rhino will hold the newly established position of Chief Information & Chief Operating Officer (CIO/COO). As soon as the supervisory authorities have given their approval, he will be responsible for the Information Technology, Operations and Organisation divisions on the Board of Managing Directors.

Maja Procz is global head of transactions at Commerz Real. Maja Procz (45) has been the new Global Head of Transactions at Commerz Real since 1 August 2020.
She succeeds Henning Koch, who was appointed to the board of managing directors of the company in April, where he is now responsible for the Transactions and Asset Management areas among other things. In her function Maja Procz will be coordinating all the international real estate sales and purchases in the future, and will be reporting directly to Henning Koch.
In the course of her career going back more than 25 years in the real estate sector Procz has accompanied a transaction volume of more than 3.5 billion euros. Most recently she had been employed in various positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management since 2006; there she had successfully developed the business area Mandates & Advisory Germany with German and international clients since 2017.
