Carroll will join the company in January 2021, working with TRP’s existing landlord client base and as part of TRP’s leadership team to grow the consultancy.
Tony Carroll spent ten years in CBRE’s retail team, working on leading assets including centre:mk, Manchester Arndale, Meadowhall, intu Merry Hill and Buchanan Galleries, as well as the development leasing for Westfield Bradford and Westgate Oxford. Tony was also part of the CBRE team appointed by Grosvenor Europe on Liverpool ONE. In addition, Tony has provided development consultancy advice to landlords such as Westfield, Hammerson, British Land and M&G.

Founded in 2015, Time Retail Partners works with owners, occupiers and investors, and is advising a number of leading UK brands and destinations. These include Bluewater, Cribbs Causeway, Manchester Arndale, Metrocentre, Oracle Reading, Trinity and White Rose in Leeds, H&M, JD Sports, and Holland & Barrett. TRP is also a founder of The International Retail Consulting Alliance (TIRCA), an international network of boutique retail property advisors in the US, Europe and Australasia.
Tony is the second senior figure to join TRP in the past month, following the appointment of Peter Wrigley, founder of 360Retail and previously a senior director director at CBRE, to lead TRP’s new professional services specialism.
