The Grade II listed arcade has recently undergone a significant redevelopment and the vision is to create a world class destination for a mix of dynamic emerging and established beauty, health and wellness retail brands and complimentary F&B. The 10,500 sq ft site comprises seven retail units ranging from 1,500- 3,000 sq ft in total over three levels – basement, ground and first floor.
Natalie Lintott, Partner, Central London Retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Boasting a charming mix of Regency glamour and modern taste, the stunning Quadrant Arcade will be one of London’s top beauty destinations. We are looking forward to working with The Crown Estate to deliver some of the sector’s most exciting brands, particularly those that are eschewing the status quo to bring about positive change and purpose, to help re-shape the beauty conversation for the future.”
