Since joining Shelley Sandzer in 2016, Tony has acted for numerous clients, such as Landsec, Lendlease, Shaftesbury Estate, Hines and Portman Estate. An e-sports specialist, Tony has also helped Wanyoo launch in the UK, and is currently assisting the brand with its expansion plans.
Prior to joining Shelley Sandzer, Tony worked for Altus Group, as well as stints with BNP Paribas, DTZ and CBRE following his graduation from the University of the West of England and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.
Having worked at Shelley Sandzer for over five years, alongside a vast period of agency experience including time working as a surveyor for both Currell Group and Altus Group, Tony’s knowledge of the industry has grown exponentially, and he has developed specific expertise within the field.
Tony is the co-founder of Kaji London. As a devout foodie, his passion for the culinary arts is evidenced through his personal food blog reviewing upcoming Asian restaurants in the capital. Tony also sits on the committee of the Leisure Property Forum Extra, coordinating networking events throughout the year for next generation leisure professionals.

Alongside Tony Levine’s promotion, newcomer Josh Hart has joined Shelley Sandzer, kickstarting his professional career following a passion for the property and hospitality industries. Josh will work across the Shelley Sandzer business as he completes his training.
Shelley Sandzer has had a very strong first half of the year, with highlights including signing Five Guys for its City flagship, securing the London debut of Takumi, signing a second London location for Gordon Ramsay’s Street Burger, sourcing the first permanent site for lockdown success, Sidechick, and relocating the revered Peruvian restaurant Andina to Spitalfields.
