Adam Marciniak–one of the leading specialists in the field of digital business transformation in Poland–took the position of Vice President of the Management Board for Technology and Digitization of the CCC Group. As part of his duties, he will supervise the development of technology, digitization and cybersecurity, assuming close cooperation with the business functions of stationary sales, CRM analytics or e-commerce in the CCC Group.
Marciniak graduated from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw in 2003 and received a master’s degree in computer science. In 2006-2007, he also studied IT project management at the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Management in Warsaw. He is a laureate of numerous industry awards and distinctions.

Adam is one of the most experienced Polish managers dealing with technology and digital business transformation. He built his almost 20-year career in the largest financial institutions in Poland: Bank Pekao, Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao, Inteligo Financial Services and PKO Bank Polski, where in recent years, from 2017 to 2021, he was a Member of the Management Board responsible for the area of technology, cybersecurity and employee training and development. He successfully reorganized the functioning of IT structures, focusing on process efficiency, cost optimization and dynamic business development. He co-created solutions such as BLIK, IKO, Bank Cybersecurity Center, digital identity in administration, the nationwide eRegistration system for vaccines Covid and the concepts of the National Cloud.
For years, he has also been involved in the digital transformation of the banking sector and key public institutions. He was the chairman of the presidium of the Electronic Banking Council at the Polish Bank Association, the IT Architecture Council at the Digitization Committee of the Council of Ministers, chairman of the IT Experts Group operating at the Ministry of Finance and a member of the IT Advisors Team at the Ministry of Health. He also chaired the supervisory boards of Operator Chmury Krajowej and PKO BP Finat.
