Three new retail parks become Acteeum hot topics at Shopping Center Forum 2021

Three retail park projects currently being developed by Acteeum turned out to be true hot topics during this year’s edition of the Shopping Center Forum. Reail-parks in Koszalin, Ostróda and Siemianowice Śląskie were well received by the participants on the first day of the fair, perfectly matching the current specificity of the shopping centers’ market.

The three Acteeum projects developed in three regions of Poland–Koszalin Power Center, Galeria Siemianowice, and Ostróda Power Center–exactly meet the current market expectations. They provide both a great location in each of the represented cities and regions, a comprehensive offer of brands and services, and the format of retail parks, so valued under the current conditions.

“During numerous meetings and talks on the first day of the SCF fair, the interest and enthusiasm of our guests confirmed the perfect fit of our projects with the current trends in the retail market. What’s more, the possibility of offering attractive retail spaces at the same time in three prospective locations, such as our plots in Koszalin, Siemianowice and Ostróda, allows us to strategically fit into the expansion plans of our tenants” says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner, Acteeum Central Europe.
