The outlet was developed by Georgian Outlets & Resort Group (GORG) in close collaboration with TORG International and 60% of the space is already leased.

The opening of phase 1 will have 70 units and the following phase 2 will expand the area to 20,000 sq m in total with 110 units over the next three years. It benefits from a strong catchment made up of Tbilisi’s 1.4 million resident population in a country of close to 4 million people.
