The food hall is now complete, and it offers customers a wide range of culinary options: burgers, French fries, fresh baked goods, healthy wraps, and salads as well as hearty Franconian, Italian, and Asian food, which will also include Turkish dishes by the end of this year. Also, after visitor numbers have increased by 30% in the first quarter of 2022, “expert Franken,” a consumer electronics store, is now celebrating its opening on 1,600 sq m.
“With the FLAIR Fürth property as a whole, consisting of the Urban Experience Center on the inside and the adjoining diversely used floors with, for example, residential, public authorities, office, and practice space, we have created a property that will bring added value to the city center of Fürth, but also to the entire metropolitan region,” comments Michael Peter, CEO and founder of the P&P Group with offices in Frankfurt, Fürth and Munich.
With its diverse range of services, FLAIR is aimed at the almost 1.2 million people living in the Nuremberg catchment area. The downtown location offers a direct link to the pedestrian zone and public transport. Customers arriving by car can use the property’s 530 parking spaces in the underground garage.
