APM Monaco chooses El Corte Inglés for its expansion in Spain

Advised by real estate agents Savills Aguirre Newman, French jewellery brand APM Monaco, established by Ariane Prette in 1982, has opened three counters in El Corte Ingles (Madrid, Valencia & Bilbao).

APM Monaco entered the Spanish market in 2017 via one standalone store in Spain – Puerto Banus, Marbella. The luxury jeweller specialises in modern and minimal designs with an on-trend high-end look and is popular with celebrities, having its designs worn by actresses such as Blake Lively and Chiara Ferragni. Since its launch it has opened standalone stores in Italy, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland and Taiwan, while new stores in Canada, Japan and Dubai are in the pipeline.

Lisa Fitzgerald, Cross Border Retail on the Savills Aguirre Newman retail high street team commented: “El Corte Ingles is an ideal collaboration for APM Monaco to develop its brand in Spain. As Spain’s biggest department store and home to a host of global leading luxury brands, it is an ideal platform on which our client can grow their presence. We look forward to continuing our work with them as they explore further global opportunities.”
