With an initial investment of 34 million euros dedicated to projects in Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Albania, BALFIN Group aims to bring HyperActive to even more locations in the coming years, reinforcing its commitment to innovative entertainment experiences.
President Samir Mane shared the group’s ambitious plans to expand this innovative concept across Europe, saying: “Today in Pristina, we are in the biggest indoor entertainment center in the region, and very soon we are also going to be in Tirana and Skopje and hopefully from next year in many capitals in Europe.”
Located at the heart of Pristina Mall, “HyperActive” is packed with attractions for every age group, from karting and bowling to escape rooms, laser tag, VR- Hologate, and much more. It is the biggest family entertainment center in Kosovo and the surrounding region, bringing high-tech entertainment and interactive experiences to life in a way that has not been done before.
But BALFIN’s investment does not stop in Kosovo. With a 40% stake in the project, the group is already eyeing bigger goals. BALFIN President Samir Mane shared that “Hyperactive” is set to roll out in cities like Tirana, Skopje, Vienna, Berlin, and beyond. The construction for the next Hyperactive location in Macedonia is already underway, with Albania set to join the lineup by 2026.
