Best Secret focuses on luxury market and opens offices in Milan and Paris

Best Secret employs about 1,900 people from 90 countries. More than 300,000 articles of 3,000 brands are currently available in around 27 countries.

With the launch of Elisa Radaelli into the role of Vice President Men’s Fashion Apparel a few months ago, BestSecrets announced an “elevation strategy.” The strategy aims to focus on increasing the share of premium and luxury brands. Therefore, the company plans to open new locations in Milan and Paris. Best Secret’s main market to date has been the DACH region, but by 2025 the company aims to generate half of its sales outside Germany.
In Milan and Paris, the e-commerce specialist clearly hopes to expand its range of luxury brands. Reportedly, half of the desired partners have already been signed up for the collaboration. The new offices are to help to deepen and extend this expansion still further.

The group is owned by Permira Funds and the founding families Schustermann and Borenstein. Turnover in 2022 was 1,051 million euro, according to the company.

Currently, the off-price label from Aschheim near Munich has a hip location in a bakery in Berlin to be attractive for highly qualified personnel.
