BNP Paribas REIM gains Albert Bauchinger as Commercial Asset Manager

Albert Bauchinger joins BNP Paribas REIM in Munich as Commercial Asset Manager. In this role, he is responsible for managing the Munich and Frankfurt markets.

Bauchinger will focus primarily on the sustainable, digital, and proactive asset management of the real estate portfolio with a focus on ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, Governance), and will be available to tenants and clients as a contact person. In addition, he will take over the key account function for BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management.

By 2025, 90 percent of the company funds open for subscription are to be converted to Articles 8 and 9 under the Disclosure Regulation. To achieve this, they have developed an ESG roadmap that places environmental, social, and governance criteria at the heart of the investment and management process.

Albert Bauchinger brings over ten years of experience in real estate asset management. Prior to joining BNP Paribas REIM, he was a senior asset manager at LaSalle Investment Management, after he was an asset manager at Hannover Leasing. Bauchinger holds a degree in Real Estate Asset Management from the International Real Estate Business School.
