C&A opens new interactive store concept

In the future, the fashion retailer wants to incorporate the knowledge gained from customers and employees into the customer journey and address all senses.

At the end of May 2023, C&A reopened a completely renovated store over three floors in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, with an area of 2350 sq m as a “learning laboratory” to gain knowledge for ideal shopping experiences from the customer’s point of view.

“C&A is focused on modernising the store portfolio as well as the customer experience to ensure a consistent look and feel across all outlets. This new store will provide us with valuable insights that we can apply in other stores, and we look forward to receiving feedback from our customers and employees,” explains Giny Boer, CEO of C&A Europe.
