Since the beginning of the year, Frank Pöstges-Pragal has been the Managing Director of the Hamburg-based First Christmas company, which is specialized in Christmas and holiday decorations. Nivy Station is a special project. Crompton Place shopping center in Bolton, Greater Manchester, is due to become “Bolton Victoria Square”. Chapman Taylor has been tasked with the architectural design of the regeneration masterplan.
