The diverse retail offer, including fashion stores and a hypermarket, will be complemented by a restaurants and cafés, a food court, a cinema, street food, children’s entertainment and beautiful landscaped spaces. The complex will be served by basement parking.

The architectural style of the complex is modern and highly uplifting. Bold gestures, a rich variety of quality finishes in different shapes and sizes and a careful choice of colours, textures and lighting result in a high-quality and stimulating environment.

The intention is to create a major attraction and a popular public place for the city, with a wide range of facilities and offers within an uplifting and entertaining environment. The site’s excellent location, accessibility and visibility provide a wonderful opportunity to create an exceptional place for all, including the occupants of the new residential towers which will be built on the podium.
