ECE Marketplaces expands its center management portfolio and takes over the management of two further shopping centers in the Turkish metropolis Istanbul: the “Palladium Atasehir” and the “V Metroway”. The local subsidiary ECE Türkiye will be responsible for the long-term management, leasing and concept planning for both centers.

Located in the densely populated residential and business district of Atasehir in Istanbul, the “Palladium Atasehir” offers around 190 stores of national and international brands on a leasable area of around 40,000 sq m as well as an extensive gastronomy and entertainment offer with a total of 26 cafés and restaurants, a cinema and numerous services as well as 2,500 parking spaces. The center, which has been in operation for 15 years, is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment, which is also being supervised by ECE Türkiye and includes new retail concepts and gastronomy offers, additional service offers and a higher quality of stay.

Located in the Istanbul suburb of Basaksehir, “V Metroway” is currently still under construction and is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023. ECE Türkiye has been active in the market for more than 22 years and currently operates and leases shopping centers with a total leasable area of around 600,000 sq m.
