FASHION HOUSE Pallady is the seventh outlet centre developed by FASHION HOUSE Group in CEE and Russia, and the second to open in the Romanian capital. The first Centre, which opened over 12 years ago in 2008, is located on the western side of Bucharest, in Militari.

“Today marks 60 days until the opening of FASHION HOUSE Pallady. Our new flagship development represents an important investment in Romania and the local economy, further demonstrating our commitment to the growth potential of the local outlet market. History has shown that the outlet business model is durable, even in the most challenging of economic periods. Despite the difficulties of 2020, we have continued with the construction of FASHION HOUSE Pallady as planned and will respond to the needs of the consumer for brand and value. We are confident of success and the future opportunities on the horizon”, said Brendon O’Reilly, managing director, FASHION HOUSE Group.

Cornelia Nicolae, retail operations director, FASHION HOUSE, Romania added: “The interest in our new Outlet from many famous brands has been very encouraging. Retailers clearly see the benefits of having an outlet strategy for their businesses and the attractiveness of this proposition to increasing the bottom line. Furthermore, it reaffirms their confidence in us, what we do and what we can deliver for brands.  We firmly believe in a partnership approach to working with our tenants, and we constantly offer them quality services, helping them to optimise their business.”
