The company is one of the largest retailers of outdoor articles in Europe and operates 21 stores in Germany alone. The property has around 2,500 sq m of gross floor space and is owned by a private investor group. The leased premises are currently being refurbished by Globetrotter and the store is scheduled to open on November 12, 2021. Savills acted as advisor to the tenant and landlord throughout the brokerage process, the tenant was additionally advised by stores and concepts Immobilien GmbH.
