GTC appoints Agnieszka Ciupak as new Executive Director in Poland

Starting November 2022, Agnieszka Ciupak joined GTC Poland as Executive Director. In her newly-created role, she will be responsible for all operations of the office sector, including leasing, fit-out, asset management, facility management, as well as marketing and company-wide HR.

The promotion of Agnieszka Ciupak is part of the company’s larger transformation to strengthen its country leadership to be more responsive to opportunities and challenges in local markets.

Agnieszka Ciupak brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. For many years she has worked for international corporations and owner funds and she has held the position of office department director in such companies as CPI Poland, HB Reavis Poland and Griffin Real Estate/Echo Investment. During her career, she also worked at GTC as an office leasing director, and she was responsible for the leasing GTC’s portfolio in Warsaw, Cracow, Katowice and Lodz. In her current position, she will oversee all the company’s operations at Poland, starting with leasing and ending with marketing.

Her long-term experience and extensive knowledge of Polish market will greatly support growth of our activities here”, said said János Gárdai, Chief Operating Officer of GTC and member of GTC’s Management Board. “The appointment of Agnieszka as Executive Director is also the beginning of our company’s organizational structure transformation. We want to strengthen the role of our regional leaders who best understand the local markets while keeping the continuity of our business based on almost 30-year of experience and providing strong support from the board of directors in day-to-day matters.”

Agnieszka Ciupak adds: “It is good to be back in GTC. I believe that the market knowledge I gained over the past years combined with my understanding of the GTC’s culture, will allow me to take our Polish team to a new level. We are in the midst of challenging times, but it is important to keep in mind that difficult times usually offer the greatest opportunities.”

Ciupak graduated International economic relations at the Warsaw School of Economics and Economics at the Private School of Business and Administration in Warsaw.
