ICON OUTLET AT THE O2 REVEALS NEW LEASING TEAM

Icon Outlet at The O2 has announced the appointment of KLM Real Estate to act on the retail leasing, working alongside incumbent, CBRE.

Icon Outlet, which is anchored by Adidas, Calvin Klein, Nike, Superdry, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger, and more, is celebrating strong performance figures with a robust increase of 11% in 2019 half-term sales and a 25% increase in like-for-like October sales. This year the scheme has welcomed a number of leading UK and international brands to the destination, including murmur, Superdry, and soon joining the scheme are also Luke 77, Raging Bull, and TOG 24.

With the leadership of Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director at Icon Outlet, KLM Real Estate will work in tandem with CBRE to build on these recent retail leasing and performance successes.  Working with the destination’s F&B and leisure leasing agent, Lunson Mitchenall, the team will continue the evolution of Icon Outlet, further enhancing its offer to increase its appeal to consumers, be they residents to London, domestic visitors or international tourists.

Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director at Icon Outlet at The O2, has commented: “Icon Outlet’s impressive results are a testament to the close working relationships the destination enjoys with brands.  To maintain its momentum and success, we need the right team on board, and the experience, reach and passion demonstrated by KLM is the perfect combination with CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall to uphold Icon Outlet’s position as the capital’s premium outlet experience.”

Dom Brady at KLM Real Estate, added: “Housed in one of the world’s most iconic buildings, Icon Outlet at The O2 has firmly established itself as London’s premium shopping outlet, with its active management, constant evolution, and effective marketing making it the destination of choice for the very best international and UK brands. We are thrilled to become part of the Icon Outlet team, working in collaboration with CBRE to complement their expertise with our own professional, progressive, passionate, and pragmatic approach.”

This announcement follows the recent flagship debut of Henry Richards, the multi-brand luxury watch store, as well as leading British retailer, Reiss, who will be at Icon Outlet until January. Contributing to the destination’s all-encompassing, day-to-night leisure offering, iFLY Indoor Skidiving, also announced their selection of The O2 for their London debut site, with the attraction due to open in February 2023.
