INDITEX LEASES CLOSE TO 2,000 SQ M IN RIEM ARCADEN, MUNICH GERMANY

The Spanish fashion company Inditex is opening the first stores of Bershka and Pull&Bear in Munich in mid-November – the Pull&Bear store will also be the first in Bavaria.

Bershka’s 830 sq m store, which will be the largest in Bavaria, and Pull&Bear’s directly neighbouring 900 sq m store will be located on the first floor of Riem Arcaden. Operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is thus sharpening the young fashion profile of the center and further enhancing the attractiveness of Riem Arcaden as a retail and leisure destination.

In the foreseeable future, Bershka and Pull&Bear will open their doors in Riem Arcaden to present a total of almost 2,000 sq m of rental area – Bershka`s floor space amounting to an area of around 830 sq m and Pull&Bear`s of 900 sq m. Both brands have also rented adittional storage space.

The shopping center is now once again presenting itself as a pioneer.”

The city quarter Riem Arcaden is managed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on behalf of Union Investment Real Estate.
