The Libori Galerie at Kamp 30 in Paderborn includes a total of around 20,000 square meters of rental space divided into retail, gastronomy, leisure, services, office and residential areas. In addition, there are around 500 parking spaces in an adjoining park garage. The property in Paderborn’s city centre recently won Decathlon as a new anchor tenant. On this basis, a further, sustained positioning is to take place in order to strategically optimize the occupancy rate and the tenant mix. A special role will be played by local retail services.
“The Libori Galerie is a very attractive center with a lot of potential, which we now intend to consistently raise together with all stakeholders. The lease agreement with Decathlon provides a strong foundation for our holistic center management and leasing strategy. We want to offer consumers the benefits of clear added value and service orientation and thus increase sales and footfall,” explains Marcus Eggers, Managing Director of IPH Centermanagement.
Back in January, IPH Centermanagement had already taken over the mandate for the Stachus Passagen in Munich, followed by another new mandate for a shopping center in the Rhineland in March.
