IPH Handelsimmobilien GmbH has taken over the exclusive rental management for dodenhof in Posthausen since July 1st, 2022. The largest shopping center in northern Germany near Bremen offers more than 120,000 sq m of retail space.
The family-run retail company dodenhof itself operates several retail concepts, including a dodenhof fashion world, the sports and technology world and the gourmet world. In addition, there is a 40,000 sq m furniture store XXXLutz dodenhof. With around 60 other shops and rental partners, the location attracts over five million visitors every year.
In close cooperation with the owner, IPH aims to further development and expand the rental concept. A focus will be on new gastronomy and leisure concepts.
