Starting on October 1, 2020, Ivica Pavusek will be the new Head of Property, Maintenance, Purchasing & Sustainability (PMPS) at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Germany. In his new position, he will be responsible for all commercial and technical disciplines of the wide-ranging facility management sector at 23 German locations that are operated by URW.

Most recently, Ivica Pavusek was the Assistant General Manager of the group’s Westfield London. He joined the company in July, 2014 as Deputy Shopping Center Manager. Ivica Pavusek takes over this position from Christian Krause, who will take on new challenges outside the company at his how request.

„With Ivica Pavusek we staff the position of Head of PMPS with a longtime colleague, who brings a lot of experience with and expertise from the operative business to the table,” says Claudia Kartschi, Director of Human Resources at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Germany regarding new addition from within the company’s own ranks. “Efficient building technology, effective and secure operative processes, as well as comprehensive sustainability standards are essential for the successful operation of retail properties. Therefore, URW has consistently further reinforced these areas over the years. We are glad that we will continue this successful course with Ivica Pavusek, which was initiated by Christian Kraus and his team in the last years. We would like to sincerely thank Christian Krause and wish him all the best for his future.”
