HUMANIC, the market leader in the medium price segment, has 142 shops in nine countries. The company has succeeded in reaching its customers not only in brick-and-mortar stores but also through online channels. Through the Send2Home service, customers were able to enjoy the highest level of advisory service. Further developments and improvements along the customer journey, personalized CRM campaigns and online exclusive assortments led to increasing sales. The company’s outstanding performance in the e-commerce sector and its continuous development of the omnichannel were recognized at the eCommerce Day of the Austrian Trade Association with the title “Best B2C Online Shop”.
